2018 NFL Betting: CG Technologies Releases Win Totals, Player Props, Playoff Odds
The South Point one has some big screens and is pretty laid back. It's my go to book. Most of the Sports Books aren't really anything special.
They're just a place to place some bets. This is my answer as well. I fucking love the atmosphere during a big game. The tension is electric! You can smell the sweat, feel the agony, taste the triumph. You can see dreams come true and nightmares take hold all in the same moment. They have the largest 4K tv in the world, or at least they did when I was there last year. The video wall is feet long and 20 feet high.
They have it divided up so that games sometimes use the full height and sometimes they have 2 stacked. I don't know what the resolution is but it's impressive. They advertise that they are the highest resolution screens in Vegas and I believe it. I like the South Point hotel and casino.
Smaller, with more of a boys club feel. They're one of few that have their own oddsmakers as well. Yeah odds of him wandering down there is slim but that's the spot. Great book, VSIN is there, good lines, drinks and tables are locals priced.
Planet Hollywood is definitely a nice spot. I also like the PH because of the seating and the couches in the back. In my experience, all you have to do is ask Palms has the best resolution big screens IMO. Wynn just updated their book not too long ago too. Wynn also has an app you can place bets from if you don't already use an app. Aliante generally has better lines from what I've seen.
Really depends on what you're looking for. Example; the bar at the Venetian book gives you drinks as long as you have a bet slip. I used to sit there and watch my games before I became too big of a degenerate and use apps to constantly bet lol. I never did too much betting at the Palms book but I was there a few years ago for two weeks during NFL season.
Their generous with the drink tickets and seem to have one of the nicer sb setups. Numbers at Aliante seem to be pretty consistent with the rest of the local books. I've never really had a bad time at any of the books I'm far from a high roller, so there may be benefits that I'm unaware of. For smoke free, I really like the one at Aria. It is smaller but really nice and the seats are super comfortable.
Aria usually has plenty of seats. Lots of big screens and they give you drink tickets with your wager to redeem at bar right outside. We used to play at the Nugget, but this year for football the cut the drink tix. Still lookin for a new book. They don't have drink tickets for making sports bets, but it's dollar beers there.
Low limit tables for lots of other games too, great odds on the sportsbook. Honestly I'd suggest visiting a few if your there a week or so and are interested in multiple events. You don't have to tell me, dealing with the airport all day to get back to the east after just a few days in Vegas is enough lol. Old Vegas has older slot machines. Plus the poker room is in the Sportsbook. The Wynn just updated theirs: That leaves me with plenty of good sportsbook options, like Caesars or Mirage across the street, or a rail ride to Westgate.
Well if you're staying at the Linq, you're close to plenty of great books. Here's a list that is broken out by proximity for you:. PH sportsbook is also nice enough. Was there in for NFL football. Kinda small, but comfortable seats from what I recall.
Aria is kinda close by to Linq. It'd be a walk. It may be the "coolest" looking book, but similar to PH, it's very small. Mirage is North of Caesars, so again, this would be a walk. As others have said, this may be the best bang for your buck. Not too small, not too large. Some things we picked up from IntenseGambling. While they do have the best room for low stakes poker in Macau, the 10 tables they have aren't always open even if there is a waiting list!
